Loveland police search for suspect accused of abandoning dogs in frigid temperatures
The Loveland Police Department is searching for a man accused of animal cruelty after abandoning two dogs.
According to the police department, 27-year-old Colton Kalebaugh allegedly abandoned two dogs at the Fairgrounds Dog Park inside the fencing.
