WATCH LIVE: DC Mayor Muriel Bowser gives update on Potomac plane crash

District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser is giving an update on the investigation and recovery effort after an American Airlines passenger jet collided with a military Black Hawk Wednesday evening.

All 67 people on both aircraft have been declared dead, and emergency responders have recovered 40 of the bodies.
