Schedule for popular ‘Yoga on the Rocks’ Red Rocks event series has been released

Red Rocks Amphitheatre’s popular Yoga on the Rocks event series is back for 2025 and the schedule has been released.

The event series – sponsored by White Claw Hard Seltzer – includes 10 dates that feature varied themes and instructors. The yoga sessions take place from 7 to 8 a.m., with participants told to bring water and a yoga mat. Admission for a single event costs $23, with a 5-pack costing $97.50 and a season pass costing $175.

This event is generally very popular, thus purchasing tickets ahead of time is important. Tickets can only be purchased online.

Without further ado, here’s a look at upcoming dates for Yoga on the Rocks:

  • June 7: The River
  • June 14: The River
  • June 21: The River
  • June 28: The River – Bilingual
    • Instructor: Amorette Flores
    • Taught in English and Spanish
  • July 12: Better Buzz Yoga
    • Instructor: Joy Wegs
  • July 19: Better Buzz Yoga
    • Instructor: Sonja Roth
  • July 26: Better Buzz Yoga – Bilingual
    • Instructor: Beth Sanchez
    • Taught in English and Spanish
  • August 2: Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness
    • Instructor: TBD
  • August 9: Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness
    • Instructor: Rumika (Rumi) Choudhuri
