1 killed in Monday morning shooting in Denver

Denver Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Monday morning.
The shooting happened in the 3800 block of North Quebec Street, according to Denver Police. That’s near North Quebec Street and Smith Road in Denver.
Police first posted about the shooting at around 7:02 a.m. on the social platform X.
One person was transported to the hospital, police originally said on X. In an update, police reported the victim in the shooting had died.
No arrests have been made, and police are working to develop suspect information.
