Colorado Christian senior Adam Duncan was named the NCAA Division II Jack Nicklaus Award winner this week.
The Jack Nicklaus Award is presented to the top golfer in NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, as well as NAIA and NJCAA.
Duncan capped off a historic season in which he was ranked No. 1 in Division II and helped the Cougars’ ascent to the top of the national rankings. The Bakersfield, Calif., native competed in 12 tournaments, capturing four individual titles and finishing in the top ten in ten events, including seven top-three finishes.
Duncan earned a fifth-place finish in the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship and a third-place finish in the NCAA DII West/South Central Regional.
