Authorities seeking information on east Denver homicide Tuesday night

Authorities are soliciting information from the public about a fatal shooting that took place in east Denver on Tuesday night.
Tayjahn Thomas, 23, was shot and killed in his home at the Renaissance Lowry Boulevard apartments, located in the 500 block of Alton Way, just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.
Responders pronounced Thomas dead on the scene.
One dead in east Denver shooting Tuesday night
Police are investigating the shooting as a homicide, authorities said.
Authorities asked anyone with information about Thomas’ death or the circumstances surrounding the shooting to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
Eligible tipsters can remain anonymous and qualify for a reward of up to $2,000.
