Colorado men’s hoops begins Australia trip with victory | Colorado Sunshine

Where the good news shines

The Colorado men’s basketball team opened its four-game exhibition tour of Australia with a 92-82 win over Hoop City in Melbourne on Saturday.

Sophomore Sebastian Rancik led the Buffaloes with 25 points and knocked down three 3-pointers and was 8 for 9 from the free throw line.

Elijah Malone had 15 points with a team-high eight rebounds. Junior transfer Barrington Hargress had 11 points and dished out a team-best four assists.

The Buffaloes will travel to Gold Coast near Brisbane for the next five days. Colorado is scheduled to play its second game against the Gold Coast All-Stars on Tuesday.
