Colorado State Patrol is asking any witnesses to a fatal crash that occurred on Interstate 25 on Saturday to contact them.

CSP responded to the crash that killed a motorcyclist on I-25 at milepost 192 near Lone Tree.

A Toyota Rav4 struck the motorcycle, ejecting the rider. Besides the initial impact, multiple vehicles struck the motorcyclst while he was on the roadway, CSP said.

The motorcyclist died at the scene and all others involved in the incident only reported minor injuries.

All drivers involved in secondary crashes remained on scene and are cooperating with CSP’s investigation.
