A head-on crash resulted in the death of two drivers on Saturday night in Frederick.

The Frederick Police Department reported the crash on Facebook around 10 p.m.

Authorities said the crash took place on the west side of Frontage Road at Tipple Parkway.

On Sunday morning, police reported that the crash involved two male drivers. Authorities didn’t specify whether the drivers were adults.

One of the drivers died on-scene, while the other died in the hospital, according to the police.

The crash remains under investigation.
