These 7 great Oktoberfest celebrations are right around the corner in Colorado

Colorado’s Oktoberfest celebrations include everything from German music and dancing and stein hoisting competitions to 5k races and Dachshund dashes.

Here are seven fun-filled Oktoberfest celebrations across Colorado:

1. Denver Oktoberfest

Date: Sept. 19-21 and 26-28

Located on Larimer and 21st in the Ballpark District, this festival includes keg bowling, stein hoisting, live music, and more.

2. Evergreen Oktoberfest

Date: Sept. 20

Evergreen Oktoberfest will take place at Buchanan Park Ball Fields and will offer food, beer, and various activities.

3. Greeley Oktobrewfest

Date: Sept. 26-27

Greeley’s Oktoberfest celebration will include food, beer, and music.

4. Colorado Springs Oktoberfest

Date: Sept. 26-28

Colorado Springs Oktoberfest At the Western Museum of Mining and Industry, attracts 8,000 people for German beer, wine, food, and culture.

5. Keystone Oktoberfest

Date: Aug. 30

Keystone’s Oktoberfest celebration includes giant pretzels, craft beer, polka dancers, and stein hoisting.

6. Castle Rock Oktoberfest

Date: Sept. 20

Taking place at Wilcox Square, this celebration will feature live German music and food trucks.

7. Breckenridge Oktoberfest

Date: Sept. 12-14

This Oktoberfest celebration is set to take over downtown Breckenridge, featuring live music, stein hoisting, German food and drinks, and more – all with a mountain view.
