Why does Weld County’s Fort Lupton love its tomatoes and honor them with a festival? Now they’ll be dancing in the streets on Friday and, on Saturday’s Trapper Days there’s a pancake breakfast, a tomato parade, tomato cooking contest and tours of the town. fortluptonco.gov/472/Tomato-Festival-Trapper-Days
