Denver weather: Temperatures rebound Wednesday after chilly night
Weather around metro Denver on Wednesday will bounce back toward seasonal conditions after a cool Tuesday and cold night; Denver International Airport recorded a low of 21 degrees.
Cities along the I-25 corridor including Longmont (12), La Salle (11) and Black Forest (10) all recorded lows below 15 degrees, and around the state, towns Grand Lake (9), Lake George (6) and coldest in Colorado, Fraser (2), all saw lows in the single digits.
Denverites can expect sunny skies, with a high near 59, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. South winds between 5 to 7 mph become light and variable in the afternoon.
Tonight it’ll be mostly clear, with a low around 36. Calm winds become south southwest around 6 mph in the evening.
For the remainder of the week, the NWS forecasts high temperatures in the mid 50s and lows in the mid 30s.
A warm up comes for the first weekend of November as temperatures push back into the 60s on Saturday and 70s on Sunday.
