Denver weather: Sunny and warmer Wednesday, less wind in the city
Windy conditions will mostly stay confined to the Front Range foothills and mountains on Wednesday while in metro Denver more melting of snow, high temperatures in the upper 50s and less wind are all forecast.
Denverites can expect sunny skies today, with a high near 58, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. South southeast winds to blow between 7 to 9 mph become west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
Tonight it’ll be mostly clear, with a low around 40. South southwest wind 8 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 16 mph.
The December heat wave continues to end the work week with highs moving into the 60s over the next four days.
