10 Christmas pop-up bars you’ll find around Colorado this year
As winter and the holiday season approach, locations across Colorado are turning into festive pop-ups to celebrate the season.
Here are some Christmas and holiday-themed pop-up bars across Colorado this year:
- Miracle at Union Station
This whimsical pop-up cocktail bar at Denver’s Union Station includes “delightfully ostentatious holiday decor, delectable cocktails, and the nostalgia of childhood’s dancing sugar-plum visions.” Miracle at Union Station will open Nov. 26 and run through Dec. 24th daily from 4 p.m. through 12 a.m.
2. Mistletoe Lounge
Mistletoe Lunge is part of the Cherry Creek Holiday Market in Denver. The pop-up bar includes creative holiday-themed alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and is decorated with twinkling lights and vignettes.
3. Miracle opening at Lookout Bar
World-famous Christmas pop-up bar is coming to Lookout Bar at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon this year. According to a press release, Miracle turns cocktail hot spots into “over-the-top immersive holiday destinations.” The bar will include twinkling lights, festive decor, and plenty of creative cocktails.
4. Winter Lodge at Peaks Lounge Pop-up
This pop-up bar will take place from Nov. 3 to Jan. 4 at the Peaks Lounge at Hyatt Regency CCC. The Winter Lodge will have a “cozy alpine-inspired retreat” theme, as the Peaks Lounge has a reputation for its panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Guests can order up winter-themed cocktails, mocktails, and bites.
5. Church and Union Denver
Church and Union Denver will be hosting its pop-up holiday bar starting on Nov. 25 in the downstairs room. The pop-up will including music, holiday cocktails, food and good times.
6. Avantiki Holiday Bar
This holiday bar offers guests a chance to escape to a “warm-weahter wonderland,” where the “magic of the tropics meets the cozy spirit of the season.” Avantiki opens on Nov. 28 and will run through Dec. 28. The bar will feature festive, island-inspired cocktails including spiked eggnogs and boozy punch bowls. There will also be plenty of bamboo and floral decor, hula dancers, Santas in Hawaiian shirts, sand-dusted snow and twinkling holiday lights.
7. Naughty List Denver at Tony Tenderonis
This holiday pop-up bar opens Nov. 28 and will end on Jan. 2. It is open seven days a week, from 4 p.m. to midnight on weekdays and 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends.
8. The Jingle Bar – Denver
This “most magical Christmas pop-up bar” is landing in Colorado this year. The bar will include twinkling lights, heartwarming holiday moments, and plenty of festive fun. Guests can enjoy festive cocktails and festive treats, and there will even be Christmas games and “Elfin entertainment.” The bar opens on Dec. 4.
9. Elfie’s Enchanted Lounge at Lila B
This festive pop-up bar opened on Nov. 6 on the first floor of Comedy Works South. It offers holiday cocktails, merry vibes, and “plenty of sparkle.”
10. NOEL Christmas Pop-Up Bar
Presented by The Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge, the NOEL Christmas Pop-Up Bar will include a huge party on Dec. 23 with karaoke, free shots for everyone, and prizes for dressing up. Check out more information here.
