Western Colorado, CSU Pueblo stars named to AP Division II All-America football teams | Colorado Sunshine
Where good news shines
The RMAC was well-represented on the AP Division II All-America football teams Wednesday.
Western Colorado quarterback Drew Nash was a first-team selection, as was Reggie Retzlaff, a wide receiver at CSU Pueblo. Ricky Freymond, a defensive lineman at Western Colorado, was a second-team selection.
Tommy Thomas, a wide receiver at Chadron State and graduate of Poudre High in Fort Collins, was a second-team pick.
Nash and Retzlaff were repeat selections. Nash is one of eight finalists for the Harlon Hill Trophy.
