Three must-see events this week:

1. Northern Colorado at Colorado men’s basketball (1 p.m. Sunday, ESPN+) – The Buffs (10-2) and Bears (9-3) are off to strong starts. This game is the last for both teams before conference play begins.
2. St. Louis Blues at Colorado (7 p.m. Wednesday, Altitude) – Spend New Year’s Eve with the best team in the NHL battling the division rival Blues.
3. Los Angeles Chargers at Broncos (Date/Time TBD) – Even with the Chargers losing Saturday, this game will have meaning (No. 1 seed) for the Broncos. Game time will be revealed Sunday.

4 – 50-point games for the Nuggets this season. Nikola Jokic had his second on Christmas, while Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon have had their own.
