Denver pedestrian killed in crash on Colorado Boulevard

Denver police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian Thursday evening.

The Denver Police Department said the crash happened in the 1100 block of South Colorado Boulevard, according to a post on the department’s official X account. That’s near East Mississippi Avenue on the border of Glendale.

The intersection where the crash happened has at least three lanes in each direction of north-south traffic along Colorado Boulevard.

No details were immediately provided by police on what led to the crash.

The pedestrian’s identity was not immediately released.
