Here’s your chance to meet some Olympians at Denver’s urban ski hill
On February 23, The Snow League will be hosting an athlete meet and greet that’s open to the public at Denver’s Ruby Hill Rail Yard. Confirmed athletes that will be in attendance include Chase Blackwell and Alessandro Barbieri, fresh out the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
Those interested in checking out the event should arrive at the Ruby Hill Rail Yard around 2:30 p.m., with the event set to wrap up at about 4:30.
The Ruby Hill Rail Yard event precedes Event Three of The Snow League’s Season One, which will take place in Aspen. Find information about attending the Snow League event in Pitkin County here.
Ruby Hill Rail Yard is described by Visit Denver as the only urban snowsports terrain park in the United States. It’s free to visit and features boxes, rails, and other features – a great place to hone some skills prior to heading to terrain parks found at mountain resorts.
