Denver weather: Cloudy Monday before more record-breaking temps this week
Another week of warm weather in metro Denver with temperatures soaring and near-critical fire conditions in some areas.
There will be a hazardous weather outlook for northeast and north central
Colorado due to low humidity and high winds.
The National Weather Service in Boulder said toady would be mostly cloudy with the high reaching 73 degrees and winds reaching 18 mph.
Temperatures will climb up again later this week into the mid to high 80s and strong wind gusts throughout the week, according to the weather service.
“Temperatures begin to rebound today, with a 25% chance of light mountain showers this afternoon/evening,” the National Weather Service in Boulder said on X. “Record warm temperatures expected Tue-Wed, with March records within reach on Wednesday for some locations, along with increasing fire danger.”

More record-breaking temperatures are expected Tuesday with an increased potential for critical fire weather conditions.
