Previews for movies opening in theaters for the weekend of April 9-12: ‘You, Me & Tuscany’ and more
“Beast” — (Action, R, 113 minutes). Once a feared MMA fighter, Patton James, now a commercial fisherman, is pulled back into the ring when his younger brother’s life is put in danger. James is pushed to his breaking point during one last match against the reigning title holder, where the stakes are win or lose everything he has built.

“BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ in Goyang: Live Viewing” — (Music, not rated, 180 minutes). BTS returns to the stage with a tour spanning 34 cities across the country with 82 shows.

“ChaO” — (Anime, not rated, 90 minutes). In a world where mermaids and humans share a troubled coexistence, Stephan, an employee at a shipbuilding company, has big ideas on how to save the sea. But his life is turned upside down when a mermaid princess named Chao asks him to marry her.

“Dacoit: A Love Story” — (Action, not rated, 155 minutes). After his former girlfriends betrayed him, an angry convict seeks revenge.

“Exit 8” — (Horror, PG-13, 95 minutes). After getting trapped in an endless subway passage, a salaryman’s only way out is to complete a mission and leave from Exit 8. However, if he discovers any anomalies along the way, he must turn back immediately and start again.

“Faces of Death” — (Horror, R, 98 minutes). When a woman who is employed as a website content moderator for a major video platform,discovers violent, reproduced murder scenes from an original film, she is determined to find out if the violence is being created for fiction online or is happening in real time.

“Hamlet” — (Drama, R, 114 minutes). Hamlet is consumed by rage, questioning the corruption of the family business and his own sanity, after his father’s ghost appears to him while he is home to attend his father’s funeral and tells Hamlet that Claudius murdered him. The same Claudius who plans on marrying his widowed mother.

“Hunting Matthew Nichols” — (Thriller, R, 89 minutes). While a documentary filmmaker sets out to solve the case of her brother’s disappearance from Vancouver Island two decades ago, she finds a piece of evidence that makes her believe that her brother is still alive.

“The Royal Ballet: Giselle” — (Special event, not rated, 138 minutes). A cinematic release of Peter Wright’s production.

“Two Prosecutors” — (Drama, not rated, 118 minutes). A newly appointed prosecutor’s search for the truth becomes dangerous after he discovers a letter from an USSR prisoner written in 1937 revealing corruption in the secret police.

“You, Me & Tuscany” — (Comedy, PG-13, 104 minutes). After losing her job as a house sitter, Anna decides to travel to Italy after meeting Matteo, a handsome Italian who has an empty villa in Tuscany. During her travels, Anna decides to crash at Matteo’s empty villa for just one night, without his permission. Everything is fine until Matteo’s mother unexpectedly shows up at the villa and Anna pretends to be Matteo’s fiancée.
