Denver Weather: Mild, breezy conditions Monday, with possible snow coming later this week

Another day of mild temperatures and light breezes along the Front Range.

Monday is expected to be partly sunny with highs reaching 73 degrees and south southwest winds reaching between 30 and 40 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.

“Another day of critical fire weather conditions is expected Monday with a continuation of warm, dry, and breezy conditions,” the weather service said on X.

A couple of storms are expected to move in this week, with the first storm on Tuesday being pretty weak, according to forecasters.

We should see some cloud coverage and possible showers on Tuesday, but precipitation will be light with some possible light snow showers in the mountains and rain across the Front Range, according to forecasters.

“Cooler with scattered to numerous showers developing Tuesday afternoon and evening,” the weather in Boulder service said in a post on X.

Things will warm up just slightly in the middle of the week before a second storm on Friday, which is expected to bring cold temperatures and heavy snow, according to the weather service.
