BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — One person is dead after a single-car crash on Colorado Highway 119 in Boulder County.

The crash happened at about 4:30 a.m. Friday near South Airport Road just south of Longmont, according to the Colorado State Patrol (CSP).

All westbound lanes of Highway 119 between Fordham Street and Ogallala Road were closed as crews investigated the crash, CSP said. Drivers are asked to choose an alternate route.
