Rockies game rescheduled due to weather concerns

First pitch is now set for 3:40 p.m. Monday.

DENVER — Monday’s Colorado Rockies game versus the New York Mets will be played in the afternoon due to expected inclement weather in the evening.

First pitch was originally scheduled for 6:40 p.m. Monday at Coors Field. It’s now set for 3:40 p.m., the Rockies said in an announcement Sunday.

Tickets for the originally scheduled 6:40 p.m. game are valid for the 3:40 p.m. game.

Ticket holders who purchased directly from the Rockies and can’t attend the rescheduled game will be contacted via email with details about their options. People who bought tickets through secondary markets like SeatGeek but can’t attend the afternoon game should contact the ticket reseller. Secondary market tickets are not valid for credit/refund or exchange through the Rockies.
