CU, DU women’s ski teams place three athletes on national honors list | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

The University of Denver and CU-Boulder ski teams placed three athletes on the 2025-26 CSC Division I Academic All-America women’s at-large team, the programs said Wednesday.

Denver senior Mia Hunt was named a first-team selection while Pioneers graduate student Sara Rask earned a spot on the second team. Denver was the only school to have multiple skiers named to the women’s at-large team.

Hunt carried a 3.99 cumulative grade-point average and graduated from DU in June with her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and sport studies. Rask had a 4.0 GPA and earned her master’s degree in accounting, technology and analytics in June.

Further, Colorado’s Louison Accambray was named to the second team. The French star repeated as the RMISA Women’s Giant Slalom MVP and reached a podium in all 15 of her races, a Colorado program record.
