DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. — Northbound lanes of Interstate 25 are closed Friday morning as crews battle a vehicle fire.

According to South Metro Fire Rescue, a box truck caught fire Friday morning in the northbound lanes of the interstate just south of Happy Canyon Road. Northbound lanes were closed at Founders Parkway, South Metro Fire said.

Everyone inside the truck was able to get out safely and no injuries were reported, according to South Metro Fire.
