Investigators are seeking help from the public as they conduct an ongoing investigation involving an Arapahoe County residential care facility, authorities said Friday.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office and the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office are investigating All Saints Home Care located in unincorporated Arapahoe County.

As part of the investigation, several residents were removed from the facility on July 17 and relocated to other care providers, according to the office. The residents are continuing to receive care elsewhere while the investigation remains active.

Authorities said investigators are trying to identify individuals who may have received what they described as “concerning care” at the facility.

The office is asking family members or legal guardians of anyone who lived at All Saints Home Care and was removed from the facility, as well as former residents or their family members who may have information relevant to the investigation, to contact the Arapahoe Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities emphasized that all parties involved in the investigation are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The investigation remains active, and officials said no additional information is available for release at this time.
