The Broncos will start training camp next week with two players absent due to injuries.

Offensive lineman Nick Gargiulo has been placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list, according to the NFL transactions wire on Sunday.

Gargiulo suffered a torn ACL last August during the preseason. He did not participate in minicamp or offseason training activities (OTAs). Gargiulo is a former seventh-round pick who played on the Broncos practice squad in 2024.

Inside linebacker Jordan Turner has also been placed on the non-football injury list, per the league transactions wire.

Turner’s absence is more surprising than Gargiulo after he participated in minicamp and OTAs. The specifics of his injury are not immediately clear. Turner was expected to compete with several depth inside linebackers to compete for backup spots behind starters Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad. Turner made the roster after a rookie minicamp tryout last year. He played mostly on special teams in 2025.

Veterans report to training camp at Broncos Park on Tuesday. The first day with fans at training camp is Friday.
