Denver weather: More evening rain likely

Evening summer storms are going to be the norm for much of Denver this week.

The National Weather Service said to expect a high of around 92 degrees with a 70% chance of precipitation.

Rain is not expected to come until 4 p.m., but could linger up until 10 p.m., with lightning possible.

The eastern plains are under a flash flood watch according to the weather service. Hail is also possible in the same region.

The rest of this week should follow much of the same pattern. Temperatures are expected to stay in the low 90s, and afternoon to evening showers are possible each day.

Tonight, expect a low of around 65 degrees with rain to relent around 10 p.m.
