Red Rocks releases list of events canceled or postponed due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic
Adam-Springer
Red Rocks Amphlitheatre in Morrison, Colorado has released a list of concerts impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including shows in both 2020 and 2021.
According to Red Rocks, attendance numbers are likely to be reduced as concert season starts to get into full swing, which has resulted in a number of artists seeking to cancel or reschedule shows. In a recent variance request, Red Rocks pitched shows with 2,500 attendees, far below the venue’s 9,500-person capacity. A public update on the status of that request has yet to be released, though it was designed with consultation from the city and state. If approved, it would allow the venue to ramp up attendance numbers pending the status of the pandemic.
If an event you were planning to attend was canceled, you’ll receive an automatic refund on the card used to purchase tickets. If an event was rescheduled, you’ll be able to manage tickets or request a refund for 30 days after the new date is announced. Ticket holders will be contacted by AXS in regard to cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling. Read more here.
