Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank has a new show premiering on ABC on Thursday called Alaska Daily and has already announced her next role: motherhood.

While promoting the drama on Good Morning America, Swank announced she’s expecting twins.

“This is something that I have been wanting for a long time,” Swank told the surprised hosts, “and not just of one, but of two!”

“It’s so nice to be able to talk about it and share it,” Swank added.

Following the network television announcement, she took to social media.

“Coming soon … DOUBLE feature! 👼🏼👼🏼,” Swank wrote on Instagram.

Swank is currently married to businessman Philip Schneider. The couple wed in 2018. She did not announce a due date.
