2 of country’s ‘best family-friendly resorts’ are located in Colorado

USA Today has recently released its ranking of the ‘best family resorts’ around the United States, with the focus being spots that cater to families with numerous great amenities.

USA Today’s 10Best is a readers’ choice awards program that highlights the country’s best in everything from destinations and things to do to food and drink and hotels.

The Broadmoor took sixth place on the list. As a “luxurious yet family-friendly retreat,” guests can enjoy paddle boating on the lake, hiking, a ‘zero-entry’ infinity pool, and the Bee Bunch children’s camp. The resort has spacious suites, connecting rooms, and even private cottages for families to enjoy.

Families can also participate in on-site activities, including bowling, movie nights, and dining at the resort’s many restaurants.

C Lazy U Ranch in Granby took ninth place on the list. C Lazy U Ranch is a luxurious dude ranch that offers guests an “American West experience” year-round. The resort includes 38 lodging accommodations of different sizes, including individual rooms to a selection of cabins. Guests can also enjoy activities such as horseback riding, paddleboarding, pickleball, hiking, and even sleigh rides and ice skating in the winter.

Woodloch Resort in Pennsylvania’s Poconos took first place on USA Today’s 10Best list of the top family-friendly resorts in the country.
