Weekly Weather Outlook for Colorado: September 22 through September 28

Fall weather will continue to make its way across Colorado this week. Temperatures will cool down at the beginning of the week before warming back up, and a mix of sunshine and showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the state. Some high elevation areas could get some significant snow, too.

Here’s a look at daily temperatures across Colorado, according to Weather.com:

Monday: The day will start out sunny, but thunderstorms will roll in in the afternoon. Snow could be present in some higher elevation areas and mountain valleys of the central and northern regions.

  • Breckenridge High/Low: 59/42
  • Grand Junction High/Low: 78/52

Tuesday: Expect rainy weather to continue across the state. Snow could be present in some higher elevation areas and mountain valleys of the central and northern regions.

  • Breckenridge High/Low: 47/38
  • Grand Junction High/Low: 71/48

Wednesday: Sunny weather returns, with temperatures warming back up.

Thursday: Sunny skies will continue across Colorado.

  • Breckenridge High/Low: 65/44

Friday: Expect intervals of clouds and sunshine.

Saturday: There will be a mix of clouds and sunshine across Colorado.

Sunday: Skies will be partly cloudy with a few showers later in the day.
