Denver weather: Warm up begins Tuesday around the metro area
Tuesday will not be warm but at least the rains will be gone from metro Denver as calmer conditions settle in for the next few days.
Denver residents can expect patchy fog before 10 a.m., otherwise it’ll be cloudy, then gradually become mostly sunny with a high near 60, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Calm winds become north northeast between 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight it’ll be partly cloudy, with a low around 44. North northeast winds between 5 to 7 mph become south southwest after midnight.
It is doubtful that any new record heat days will be experienced this week, but above-average temperatures are forecast for the remainder.
Storm tracks will remain well north of Colorado has high pressure sets in over the Four Corners region, setting up warm and mostly sunny days and cool and clear nights for the next several days.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 79. South southwest wind around 6 mph becoming northeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming light and variable. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
Friday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76.
Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 79.
