Malcolm Roach, Jaleel McLaughlin, Que Robinson, Calvin Throckmorton make season debuts for Broncos
LONDON – Four Broncos players are set to make their season debuts Sunday against the New York Jets at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Active are defensive tackle Malcolm Roach, running back Jaleel McLaughlin, rookie outside linebacker Que Robinson and guard Calvin Throckmorton.
Roach was activated Saturday off injured reserve after missing the first five games due to a calf injury. McLaughlin was active for the first time after Tyler Badie had been the No. 3 running back for the first five games. Robinson was active for the first time after outside linebacker Jonah Elliss was ruled out due to ribs and shoulder injuries. And Throckmorton was elevated Saturday from the practice squad.
In addition to Elliss and Badie, inactive for Denver were defensive linemen Jordan Jackson and Sai’vion Jones, tackle Frank Crum and quarterback Sam Ehlinger.
Inactive for the Jets were wide receiver Allen Lazard, cornerback Michael Carter II, running back Khalil Herbert, tackle Esa Pole, tight end Jelani Woods and defensive linemen Tyler Baron and Leonard Taylor III.
