Denver Pioneers soccer is the Summit League champion again.

DU beat No. 21/23 Kansas City 4-2 in the conference championship game Saturday night at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium.

The Pios will learn their NCAA Tournament destination when the bracket is revealed at 9 a.m. Monday on NCAA.com.

Denver’s Keegan Kelly scored only 1 minute, 15 seconds, into the match, the fourth-fastest goal in in Denver’s NCAA Division I history. Kyle McGowan had two goals for the Pioneers while Will King added another goal.

Pioneers goalkeeper Isaac Nehme secured his 51st career win.

The attendance mark of 1,063 was the eighth-highest in DU’s soccer history.
