The first flight of balloons takes off on the first day of the Labor Day Liftoff at Memorial Park on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022. The 75 balloons in this year’s event will also be launching in Memorial Park in Colorado Springs on Sunday and Monday, conditions allowing. There will be a balloon glow on Sunday evening. The first flight of balloons takes off on the first day of the Labor Day Liftoff at Memorial Park on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022.
