Now that several counties across Colorado have been given the green light to resume indoor dining, you might be asking yourself “What’s open?”

Restaurants across Douglas, Larimer and Summit counties began opening last week, while the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment informed Arapahoe and Broomfield counties they will do so within the coming days.
