Denver Police arrest Keanna Rosenburgh, suspect in last month’s LoDo shooting
The Denver Police Department has arrested Keanna Rosenburgh, the primary suspect associated with last month’s downtown shooting on Market Street outside of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, DPD announced via an X post on Thursday night.
Rosenburgh was arrested in Barstow, Calif. in an effort involving multiple agencies including FBI LA SWAT team, FBI LA Desert Cities Safe Street Task Force and the Barstow Police Department, police said.
Police initially identified Rosenburgh as the suspect through community tips via Metro Denver Crime Stopper, DPD said. Through extensive investigative efforts, Denver Police Fugitive Unit Investigators determined that Rosenburgh was located in Barstow. After further investigation and surveillance, the arrest was made Thursday morning, police said.
Five victims were injured in the Sept. 16 shooting, but all survived.
Rosenburgh is being held on eight counts of investigation of first-degree attempted homicide, police said. Because she is a juvenile, booking photos and an arrest affidavit were not available for release.
As previously reported by The Denver Gazette, the shooting was one of many factors which has led to an increased police presence in LoDo and has prompted a number of community meetings to curb violence in the neighborhood.
