Skier Dies at Breckenridge Ski Resort
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to a skier accident on the morning of March 8. It was determined that the skier collided with a tree on Peak 8 of Breckenridge Ski Resort. The skier was transported to a first aid room for medical assistance, but was soon pronounced dead.
This death marks the 4th of the season at a Colorado ski area, just weeks after another skier died after colliding with a tree at Keystone Resort.
More details about the Breckenridge death have yet to be released.
