SNOW TOTALS: 53 inches of snow hits Colorado town, 46 inches hits resort

By now it’s no secret that big snow landed on Colorado’s Front Range and Central Mountain regions over the last couple of days, with more than four feet of snow stacking up in some parts of the state.

Here’s a look at what spots have gotten the most snow so far, according to the National Weather Service. Keep in mind that these reports are made on a rolling basis and may be updated throughout the day – many Friday morning reports haven’t come in yet. It’s also worth noting that reports are only made in places where a station exists, meaning many remote backcountry spots tend to get skipped:

  • Nederland: 53 inches
  • Eldora: 46 inches
  • Genesee: 45.7 inches
  • Aspen Springs: 45.5 inches (latest report from Thursday afternoon)
  • Jamestown: 45.5 inches (latest report from 1 a.m. Friday)
  • Manitou Springs: 44 inches
  • Divide: 42 inches of snow
  • Pinecliffe: 41.2 inches (latest report from 9 p.m. Thurday)
  • Echo Lake: 41 inches (latest report Thursday at 1 p.m.)
  • Saint Mary’s Glacier: 40.5 inches
  • Conifer: 39.5 inches (latest report from last night at 10 p.m.)
  • Estes Park: 36 inches (report from 3:25 a.m. Friday)
  • Crescent Village: 36 inches (report from 8:50 p.m. Thursday)
  • Woodland Park: 36 inches
  • Hillside: 36 inches (last report from 4:28 p.m. on Thursday)
  • Meeker Park: 34.2 inches (last report from 10:50 p.m. on Thursday)
  • Brainard Lake: 34 inches (last report from 1 p.m. on Thursday)
  • Kassler: 33 inches
  • Deer Ridge: 31 inches
  • Black Forest: 30.1 inches
  • Monument: 28 inches
  • Idaho Springs: 28 inches
  • Loveland Pass: 27 inches (as of 2 p.m. on Thursday)
  • Rocky Flats: 26 inches (as of 10 p.m. on Thursday)
  • Berthoud Pass: 25 inches
  • Colorado Springs: 24 inches
