Here’s a look at some of the best Denver restaurants for ‘outdoor dining’

The publication OpenTable recently posted a list of the 11 ‘best restaurants for outdoor dining’ in Denver.

The list includes restaurants that boast everything from a brick-laden patio to a family-friendly playground to stunning views of the Flatiron Mountains. There’s now doubt that many of these restaurants highlight Denver’s scenic side.

Here are a few spots mentioned on the list that are sure to be favorites:

Briar Common Brewery is a Jefferson Park brewpub that offers craft beer and bistro-style fare, as well as a great view from the rooftop patio that has fire pits. The brewpub also features the dog-friendly Briar Beer Garden. Briar Common Brewery has 4.4 stars on Yelp, with reviewers raving about the great service and ambiance.

Also highlighted was the plimoth. According to OpenTable, the plimoth was one of the first restaurants in Denver to go “all-in on farm-to-table dining” when it opened. The restaurant features a “rustic-chic brick-laden patio under soft lights,” and a local, seasonal New American menu. With 4.4 stars on Yelp, reviewers describe the restaurant’s creative seasonal menus as “top notch.”

Another spot on the list – Happy Camper Pizza has a lot decorated with twinkle lights, picnic tables, and faux grass, according to OpenTable. The restaurant features pizza, a giant patio, fire pits, a 360-degree bar, a dining room full of disco balls, and neon lights. There’s also a full canopy and outdoor heaters to allow diners to sit outside even through the snowy months. Happy Camper has 4.2 stars on Yelp. According to reviewers, the restaurant has an inviting atmosphere and great ambiance.
