Condé Naste Traveler names ‘top hotel in Colorado’ for 2025

Each year, Condé Naste traveler hosts a ‘Readers’ Choice Awards’ program in which the publication’s readers pick their favorite establishments in a number of categories, one of which is lodging.

On October 7, the company released the results for the ‘Colorado’s top hotels’ category for 2025.

Denver’s The Art Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, ended up snagging the first-place spot, scoring a 99.52 of 100.

The Art Hotel is known for its modern design and its many features of art on the premises. Rooms come with a sleek look and a good urban view, with the found hotel in close proximity to many of the city’s top attractions on Broadway and 12th Avenue.

Guests will also find a restaurant called FIRE on-site, which features a menu inspired by the farm-to-table approach. The restaurant has a 4.5-star rating on Google, among some of the highest-rated spots in the Mile High City.

“A cornerstone of the Golden Triangle Creative District, our downtown Denver hotel celebrates creativity and community,” reads The Art Hotel website. “From a 22,000-piece LED light installation by Leo Villareal to a 1983 wall painting by Sol LeWitt, curated artworks complement modern accommodations and heartfelt service — creating a new masterpiece composed by your unique interpretation and experience.”

The Art Hotel has a 4.2-star rating on Google Reviews.
