Stolen shuttle bus located in Denver

A stolen roundabout shuttle bus was located after it was involved in a crash with an Idaho Springs police vehicle on Interstate 70 on Friday.

According to the Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office, there was a single car crash on I-70 East at mile marker 241. After the crash, a stolen vehicle, which was the Clear Creek County Roundabout shuttle bus stolen while parked in Georgetown.

In an update posted at 1:20 p.m. on Friday, the sheriff’s office announced that the stolen Roundabout shuttle bus had been located in Denver. The vehicle was abandoned in Denver.

There is no suspect information at this time, and it remains an active investigation.
