Two Colorado markets were nominated as some of the best in the U.S.
USA Today’s 10Best is a readers’ choice awards program that highlights the best in destinations, food and drink, hotels, and things to do.
The nominees are selected by an expert panel and readers then vote to determine the ten winners in each category. Readers can vote for their favorites once per day until voting ends on Monday, Dec. 1 at noon. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, Dec. 10.
The first Colorado market nominated is the Denver Christkindlmarket. This holiday market is an authentic German-style holiday market held at Tivoli Quad on Auraria Campus. It includes craft and food vendors from Colorado and Europe, live music, and much more. According to USA Today, it’s a great place to find unique holiday gifts and “enjoy a festive scene.”
