USA Today recently released its list of the best ski hotels across the U.S., and the results include hotels with stunning views of the mountains, great access to the slopes, and plenty of ski-centric amenities.

Colorado hotels took six spots out of ten on the list. With the Centennial State’s world-class skiing, it’s no surprise that so many hotels ranked as some of the best across the country.

Viceroy, Snowmass, located in Aspen, took first place as the country’s best ski hotel. The hotel is near downtown Aspen in the heart of Snowmass Village and offers ski-in/ski-out luxury lodging, heated pools, three on-site restaurants, a spa, fitness center, and transportation to the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport.

Coming in second was Top of the Village. This condominium resort is also located in Snowmass Village and offers a ski-in/ski-out experience with amazing views of the Rockies.

The Hythe in Vail took third place, while The Austria Haus Hotel, also located in Vail, took fifth place and The Little Nell in Aspen took ninth place. The last Colorado resort that made the rankings is Grand Hyatt Vail, which ranked tenth.
