Frisco Railpark kicks off “Fridays Under the Lights” event series

The Frisco Railpark is kicking off its “Friday Under the Lights” event series on Jan. 30 which will feature extended railpark hours and discounted tickets.

The railpark is scheduled to be open until 8 p.m. on Jan. 16 and 30, Feb. 13 and 27, March 13 and 27, and April 10 and 24, with discounted tickets for 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Access to the railpark will only cost Frisco residents $20 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the event dates (proof of residency is required), and $30 for non-residents. Guests can purchase night tickets in person at the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge Ticket Office until 6 p.m. or anytime online here. If tickets are purchased online after 6 p.m., you’ll need to present a receipt to staff and verify you completed a waiver.

The Frisco Railpark will be hosting the Triple Threat Throwdown – A Friday Night Lights Snowboard Event for the first event on Jan. 30. Snowboarders in teams of three will compete for a grand prize of $2,000. Awards will be given out from 7:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Railpark skiers and riders are also being asked to check in using a QR code at the park’s entrance for a chance to win prizes including free railpark passes, railpark swag, and gift cards from local businesses.
