Lyft ranked this Denver bar as the most-visited in U.S. for World Cup games
With the 2026 World Cup Final just days away, data from the June 2026 Lyft Trends Report indicates that a certain Colorado bar was the most visited in the country for tournament activities.
The Lyft report looked at which “destinations across the country [are] most frequented by Lyft drivers to watch footy.” Ranking number one nationwide was Denver’s Number Thirty Eight sports bar.
Billing itself as ‘Futbol Central’ on the company website and claiming to be home to the biggest screen in Denver, numerous Google Reviews note that Number Thirty Eight is a great place to watch a game, with the spot rated at 4.3 of five stars. It’s also worth mentioning that the spot has won numerous awards for being the best place to watch sports in Denver over recent years.
In a Westword article about Number Thirty Eight’s World Cup boom, the spot is described as having the largest area of any bar in Denver, consisting of 31,000 square feet, 20,000 of which are outside.
Number Thirty Eight was the only place in Colorado to be included on Lyft’s ‘top 10’ World Cup bars ranking. Set to host watch parties during the upcoming Saturday (France vs. England for third place) and on Sunday (Spain vs. Argentina in the World Cup Final), Mile High City soccer fans will have two more chances to get the full-blown experience.
