Subscription Terms of Service

My subscription may include a separate initial activation fee for new or returning customers disclosed at the time of checkout.

All Colorado Springs Gazette print, non-seven (7) day home delivery subscriptions include the delivery of ten (10) Holiday Editions, charged at the newsstand price for that day and will shorten the length of your subscription accordingly. Current holidays include: New Years Day; Martin Luther King Day; President’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veteran’s Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. If one of these holidays falls on a Sunday, the Holiday Edition will be delivered and charged on the following Monday.

All Colorado Springs Gazette print and digital subscriptions will include Special Magazines. The charge for these Special Magazines will be up to $12.99 per edition and will shorten the length of your subscription accordingly. If you prefer not to receive these Special Editions you may opt-out by contacting Customer Service.

I am subscribing to an automatically renewing subscription requiring recurring payments at the stated frequency until I cancel.

My subscription fee is nonrefundable except as otherwise stated in the subscription terms.

I must allow three days advance notice to suspend or stop my print delivery, and any pause or suspension of print delivery does not affect your digital access or your subscription term and no credit will be provided.

We may change our subscription terms without prior notice.

If I have a prior subscription with an unpaid balance my initial new subscription payment will be applied toward that balance and a daily charge equal to the rate of the subscription term I have selected will be charged until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
