UPDATE: The moose has been rescued. The moose was sedated and pulled out of the bowl with a winch. Authorities stuck around until sedation wore off and he was able to stand on his own, also keeping an eye on “the little skater moose” until he was reunited with his mother. –––– Original piece below…
