Bit. School classes begin Jan. 3.

Bridle. The first Waterville Town Council meeting of the year is Jan 3 at 7:30 p.m.

Gee. Town hall is closed Saturday and Jan. 1.

Haw. The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is Jan. 17. Town Hall is closed and the council meeting will be on Jan. 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Whoopityiyiyo. The trees that bear horse chestnuts are long-lived. Feed an animal with something that has longevity and that animal will have longevity. Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, anyone?
